Warranty Policy :

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, including power fluctuations (such as surges, spikes, or brownouts) and improper earthing. These factors can significantly affect the performance and lifespan of electronic products and are beyond the scope of our control and coverage.
Recommended Protective Measures: To help protect your equipment from these external influences, we strongly recommend using a stabilizer or an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). These devices can help regulate the power supply and provide protection against potential damage caused by electrical inconsistencies.
Benefits of Using a Stabilizer or UPS: Stabilizers help maintain a consistent voltage level in your equipments, preventing damage due to voltage fluctuations.
UPS Systems: Provide emergency backup power during a power outage and protect against power surges and spikes. Using these protective measures, you can enhance the reliability and longevity of your product, ensuring it performs at its best for as long as possible.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

1. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty coverage.
2. Repairs within the warranty period must be conducted by authorized personnel of Promark Techsolutions only.
3. For units installed outside the company’s Authorized Service Center jurisdiction, purchasers are responsible for contacting the nearest authorized service center and bearing the cost and risk of transporting the unit.
4. Calls for routine maintenance, general explanations, or software issues are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
5. Repairs during the warranty period extend the warranty only for the remaining duration. Repair and transit times are included in the warranty period.
6. Damage caused by misuse voids the warranty. In such cases, repairs will be chargeable, and subject to the availability of parts.
7. Purchasers must register for extended warranty offers within two weeks of purchase at their own cost and risk.
8. Promark Techsolutions may use new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts during repairs.
9. Promark Techsolutions is not liable for losses exceeding the product’s purchase price or any consequential damages resulting from product use.
10. Please note that warranty claims will not be honored in cases of damage due to power fluctuations. It is mandatory to ensure proper earthing to safeguard your equipment.
